Cancellation:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges.

Mutual respect is essential. Quality service depends on respectful and courteous interaction from both sides.
Portuguese Time:
Appointments may start within a 15-minute window after the agreed-upon time due to cultural norms. Please be ready to start within this timeframe for prompt service.
